When you return the item place it in the same package with a copy of the invoice, within 7 days of receipt.

Custom orders will be handled differently depending on the order and/or rings exceeding certain sizes, don't hesitate to contact me though.

You must contact us at info@stilosissima.com within 7 days from receipt to request a return authorization number. Once authorization is given, the jewelry must be shipped back to us.
